Lake Area Fiber Artists is a non-profit organization located based in the Lake of the Ozarks, MO area.
Our mission is to promote awareness and understanding of the arts of basket-weaving, knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, rug-hooking, and related arts to our members and the general public. We are a member group of the Lake Arts Council.
The Guild meets on the second Thursday of each month from 11am-2pm in the lower level at Central Bank in Camdenton, MO - 170 US-54, Camdenton MO 65020. (Please note that we have a picnic in July and a holiday social in December at other locations.) Our typical agenda is as follows:

A monthly newsletter is sent out to each member with minutes of the last meeting attached.
We sponsor an annual Fiber Arts Festival which is open to the public and admission is free. We encourage you to click on the other pages shown in the sidebar to learn more about past festivals and our next festival.

Becoming a Member
Membership is open to anyone in the Lake of the Ozarks area or nearby cities. Dues are currently set at $12.00 per year and are re-set at the beginning of each fiscal period. The membership year is from March 1 through end of February. You may attend two meetings as a guest before deciding to join. To become a member, download the form using the link below OR obtain a form at any meeting. Complete the form and attach your check for $12.00 payable to Lake Area Fiber Arts Guild. Forms should be submitted at a meeting to the treasurer or the newsletter editor.
Membership Discount at the Woolery
